DESIGN

The streamlining determines the aerodynamic performance of a motorcycle. Optimum streamlining will improve the motorcycle's performance, enchacing its handling, comfort and appearance.

Giving each model of motorcycle the streamlined contours that best match its design philosophy, enchancing its features, its TCP's goal. A goal that achieved case by case, after constant data-gathering and research work enabling TCP's Design Department to become fully acquainted with each motorcycle and with what its users really need.

For this work, the Design Department has advanced equipment for computer-aided design (CAD), together with long experience with all manner of products. Together they bring excellent results: the best compromise between efficiency and aesthetic appeal.

MANUFACTURING

Using moulds made with in-company technology, production begins at the pressure and vacuum thermoforming machines, after wich comes machining by computer-controlled robot. The quality of the fairings is ensured by the means employed in making them, and then double-checked by the final testing procedures.

The raw materials used are engineering plastics whose properties are ideally suited to the basic functions required of these products: strengh and durability.

All this, together with excellence aerodynamic performance of the fairings, has resulted in their passing the most stringent of official approval schemes - the german TUV - with flying colours.

MARKETING

TCP's overall product quality and consistently high quality in customer service have been rewarded by rapid expansion in the European market, attaining leader status in this sector.

Today, thousands of motorcyclists all over the world are familiar with and enjoy TCP products, and many motorcycle makers - Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, BMW, Guzzi, Derbi and Muz - have placed their trust in the designing and quality of TCP fairings.
